American Cancer Society Needs Volunteer Drivers

Gonzalez said many cancer patients need help with transportation because some of them have to come in five days a week for treatment for several weeks and their families can’t take all that time off from work. Others are too weak to drive. And for some, the treatments can take an entire day, which again, can be challenging for a family member to accommodate.
