A 31-year-old woman was arrested after she reportedly sped 22 miles over the speed limit in a stolen car while in possession of narcotics Wednesday morning.

Cassi Jo Rincon was charged with manufacture or delivery of methamphetamine, a first-degree felony, possession of a controlled substance, a third-degree felony, prohibited substance in a correctional facility, a third-degree felony, possession of heroin, a state jail felony, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a state jail felony, and possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor.

Odessa Police Department officers reportedly saw a gray 2017 Mazda 6 speeding south in the 400 block of South Grant Avenue. The officers confirmed the Mazda was traveling at 52 mph in a 30 mph zone, an OPD news release stated.

A traffic stop was conducted in the 1000 block of South Grant Avenue and the driver was identified as Rincon, the release stated. Dispatch told the officers the Mazda had been reported stolen out of Midland County.

Officers found Rincon in possession of 16.6 grams of methamphetamine, 168 methylphenidate pills, heroin, marijuana, four syringes, two glass pipes and three cell phones, the release detailed.

Rincon was arrested, charged and transported to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center. While in jail, Rincon was found to have more methamphetamine in her shoe and she was charged accordingly, the release stated.

Rincon was booked in Wednesday on six bonds totaling $155,000 and bonded out Thursday, jail records show.
