Friday Will Be National Wear Red Day For Women's Health

Bolingbrook, IL - In support of National Wear Red Day for women's heart health, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Chi Sigma Omega chapter members will wear red in place of the sorority's official pink & green colors and host their annual Pink Goes Red Day for Heart Health event on Friday, February 1, 2019. The event will consist of a fun line dancing fitness class for participants, with instruction provided by Lines 'N Motion owner Belynda Head. There is a non-refundable fee of $10 for the class, which can be paid in-person or in advance by visiting, class code 311090-03 with instructor Belynda Head. Also, blood pressure screenings will be offered by a medical professional.

The event will take place at the Eola Community Center room 114, 555 N. Eola Road, Aurora, Illinois 60503. Registration starts at 6:30pm, class starts at 7pm and the event ends at 9:00pm. Participants are welcome to join at any time. To RSVP, please send full name, city and zip code to
